  • Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are created, all of them will be closed and the funds held may be forfeited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Deposit and Withdraw

3.1 Deposits

Deposits on the gold bets platform are currently accepted via three mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

gold bets offers various bonuses and promotional offers, each with its own separate terms. The relevant terms and conditions should be read carefully before claiming any bonus.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000, and to withdraw the bonus funds a wagering requirement of ৳10,000 (৳1,000 × 10 times) must be completed.

  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings from a bonus become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
  • Each user is eligible for the welcome bonus only once. Attempting to claim it through multiple accounts may result in account cancellation.
  • Bonuses have a set validity period — if the wagering requirement is not completed within the time stated on the promotions page, the bonus will be cancelled.

4.2 Other Promotional Offers

Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Sports Betting

Betting on various sports including cricket and football is available on gold bets. The full odds and rules must be read carefully before placing a bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed.

  • If a match or event is cancelled, the related bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
  • If a disconnection occurs during live betting, the last accepted odds at the time the bet was placed will apply.
  • If evidence is found of deliberate involvement in influencing a match result, the account will be permanently closed.

5.2 Casino and Slot Games

Online casino and slot games are operated using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which makes every outcome completely fair. Each game has its own RTP and payout structure.

  • If a technical fault occurs during a game, gold bets reserves the right to declare that round void.

The gold bets VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier receives weekly cashback at a set rate, calculated based on the total net losses for that week.

  • Bronze tier: up to 0.4% cashback on weekly net losses.
  • Silver tier: up to 0.8% cashback on weekly net losses. Example: a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week gives ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback.
  • Gold tier: up to 1.2% cashback on weekly net losses.
  • VIP tier advancement depends on the user's activity and engagement — gold bets grants promotions at its discretion.
  • The timing and method of cashback payment are determined by gold bets and are subject to change.
